Why we save it.
Axiom is an independent learning platform in development. This page describes the current preview.
Guest learning
We save learner names, chosen classes, answers, progress and unfinished practice on our server. A secure browser cookie links your browser to its learner profiles. Clearing cookies or using another browser starts a separate guest space.
Phone accounts
For sign-in, we send your mobile number and verification request to Twilio Verify. Twilio delivers the SMS and checks the code. We store your verified number to identify your account, plus secure session records so you can stay signed in. We do not store your SMS code. Parents or guardians can use their number for their learner profiles.
Bringing progress with you
When you verify your number, you can choose to bring this browser’s learner profiles into your account. Those profiles can then be used on other devices signed in with the same number.
Cookies and service protection
We use essential cookies for guest progress, sign-in requests and account sessions. Account sessions last up to 30 days; guest cookies up to one year. Sign-out revokes the current account session. We keep limited request records and hashed phone/IP identifiers to prevent repeated code requests. There are no advertising trackers in this preview.
Storage and backups
Records are stored on the Axiom DigitalOcean server and in restricted backups. Clearing cookies does not delete saved server records. This preview does not yet provide account deletion or phone-number changes through the website. Use a first name or nickname for learner profiles and avoid adding unnecessary personal information.
Exploring without an account
You can read lessons and practise without providing a phone number. The Progress page lets you download a summary of the selected learner’s progress.
